Role

As Managing Director of AZITS, Kendell Daniel leads the company’s strategic direction, client engagement, and service delivery initiatives. He oversees the coordination of projects, partnerships, and operational activities while guiding the development of solutions aligned with client and organizational goals. He also works closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered effectively, sustainably, and with a strong focus on long-term value and service improvement.

• Government of Grenada – DG4R Project - Contributed to large-scale digitization and records modernization initiatives under Grenada’s Digital Government for Resilience Project, supporting public sector transformation efforts.
• CARCIP Project – Ministry of Finance - Led the development and deployment of a grants management system while supporting training and operational improvements for project stakeholders.
• ASPIRE Project – Ministry of Social Development - Supported the customization, deployment, and training activities related to enterprise records and document management systems.
• Parliamentary Elections Office – Grenada - Supported the development and ongoing technical coordination of election results tabulation and communication platforms used during Grenada’s Referendum and General Elections.
• Ministry of Finance & Policy Unit - Provided consultancy support for information management and reporting modernization initiatives involving state-owned enterprises and institutional processes.
