Cocoa Bean is a Grenada-based business offering hospitality services, curated visitor experiences, gift presentation services, and locally produced Grenadian products. The business aims to enhance the visitor experience by combining tourism services with authentic local offerings. To support its growth, Cocoa Bean sought to strengthen its digital presence and provide a more structured way for customers to explore and purchase its services and products online.

Problem / Challenge

Cocoa Bean required a centralized digital platform to present its offerings and support online transactions.
